Former U.S. Attorney, Seasoned Litigator Bill Leone Joins Fulbright

His work includes commercial litigation and government investigations.

Leone served as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado from 2004 until 2006. He joined the office as a First Assistant in 2001 after spending nearly 20 years in private practice. During his time within the U.S. Attorney’s office, Leone managed an office of 75 trial lawyers and 250 professional staff. He additionally has served on national advisory committees on white collar issues and national securities fraud. He also was a member of the Colorado Securities Fraud Task Force.

He is a great addition to our team.”
The growth potential of Fulbright’s Denver office and the firm’s historic and well-regarded reputation when it comes to litigation matters attracted Leone, he said.
“Fulbright offers an excellent opportunity to continue to serve clients in the Rocky Mountain West while working as part of a highly-regarded and respected team with national and international reach,” Leone said. “I am thrilled to be joining a firm I have long admired and look forward to working alongside such a talented group of lawyers.”
